For some people dancing is for girls, but for others dancing is for everyone. For me dancing is for everyone, young and old people, boys and girls, men and women. What about you? Waht do you think about that?
I love to dance. For me, hip-hop is everything.
Hip-hop is a musical genre which appeared in the 70's in New York among Afro-Americans and Jamaican-Americans.
I always have to listen to music , even when I'm studying, walking and cycling, and in those moments I imagine in my mind the choreography to dance that music.
In my group of hip-hop, "Conexão Hip-Hop", we make different choreographies for music to dance on special occasions, like Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Health's Day, etc. We have different dances for each day.
On Valentine's Day we dance all kinds of music, we dance Jive, Tango, Waltz, Salsa, Merengue and some hip-hop.
On 24th and 25th of April we are going to S.Miguel to be on a regional contest of hip-hop. I hope we can win at least learn new things and new people.
